Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SelgePea. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete a return, we require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods may not be returned, including:

- perishable goods;
- opened or used consumable products;
- intimate or sanitary goods;
- hazardous materials;
- flammable liquids or gases;
- gift cards, if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Partial refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

- items that are not in their original condition;
- items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error;
- items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If you need an exchange, please contact us first at selgepea.pood@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return instructions and confirm the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return, where applicable.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, any refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, especially for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
